Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows as a teenager. She earned her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her pro card to pursue the education. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she not having any expectations. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull-downs. It is common to warm up before an actual training. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. She does this by super making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavy weight day.
